Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel has been a delightful experience. The rooms are spacious, with a cute balcony overlooking rooftops and distant hills, making it feel more like a suite than a typical hotel room. The service is exceptional, going above and beyond to anticipate all our needs, including a thoughtful gesture of a bottle of sparkling wine, a miniature cake, and a note from the staff. The location is perfect, allowing easy walks into the historic areas and world-class restaurants while being in a quaint area away from the hustle and bustle. The dining options are varied and enjoyable, and the evening aperitif adds a lovely touch. Overall, a memorable stay with some minor room for improvement in certain areas.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It's not often you find a place that can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, but this one did. The rooms were spotless, modern, and even had a minibar with complimentary drinks. The breakfast spread was mouthwatering, and everything was clean and well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony offering panoramic views of Florence. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location was convenient, away from the crowded areas but still close enough to easily access the city center. The dining experience was fantastic, with a wide selection of delicious options to start the day off right. Overall, a great value for money with exceptional service.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms felt more like a cozy bedroom than a typical hotel room, which I adored. The included breakfast each morning was delightful, and the happy hour was a fun way to mingle with other guests. The mini-bar with daily replenished items was a lovely touch after a day of exploring. The simplicity combined with elegance was truly a standout for me.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The corner room facing the front with a terrace was fantastic, featuring a wonderful little balcony and cozy ambiance. While the bed was a bit stiff, the cleanliness, warm atmosphere, and thoughtful touches like muffins and heated towel rails made it special. The bathroom was mid-sized, but the tub floor could be better.
I couldn't believe how amazing my stay was! The rooms were incredibly spacious and well-appointed, each with its own large balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. It was like having a private suite with a luxurious bathroom and a cozy bed. I can confidently say that this is the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout my entire stay.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were tastefully furnished, with tall ceilings, large windows, and a lovely Tuscan decor. Everything was incredibly clean, and the spacious bathroom was just as good. The fantastic breakfast and very accommodating staff made my experience even better. However, being on the 3rd floor facing the back, it missed a bit of the 'buzz' of Florence.
Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms easily accommodated us and all our women's clothes, shoes, and more. They were comfortable, well-furnished, extremely clean, spacious (especially for Italian standards), well-appointed, and very quiet. Room number 6 was our sanctuary during the stay. The hotel's rooms are big and impeccably clean.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were lovely with a flat-screen TV, safe, high ceilings, and cozy décor. The room also included a mini-refrigerator with items replenished daily at no extra charge. It was spacious, well-appointed, very clean, and had a super comfortable bed, along with a fantastic shower.
